Admission Process

We accept applications for admission at all times during the school year, provided that we have the space in the Grade level and as per the admissions policy. 


1. Complete the student enquiry form. You can either complete this online or during a walk-in visit to our school 

2. Book yourself a school tour and see our campus and facilities.


3. The school will contact you if a vacancy is available and schedule the next steps. 

4. We give priority to siblings who are students of the school. 


5. We offer a waiting system in case of no immediate vacancy and will contact you as soon as a vacancy arises. 


Placement processes in line with the regulatory requirements:
  • 1.  Admission and the appropriate grade level placement in Grade 1 is based on the age requirement as stipulated by the regulatory guidelines and the fulfilment of the registration requirements. 

    2.  We may conduct placement assessments purely for baseline purposes and to plan the level of support required. A meeting with a member of the Elementary School team may be planned, where needed. 

    3.  For applicants based locally, placement assessments (where applicable) may be undertaken at the school premises. For applicants currently outside UAE, these assessments can be arranged online under the supervision of a qualified teacher.

1.  Admission to High School will require the student to submit the transcript containing the credits taken in the high school years in the  previous school.  

2.  Placement assessments may be conducted in certain subjects to assess the student’s readiness level in these subjects. 

3.  Once admitted, the student will meet with the Career Counsellor for placement in the courses required for graduation. 

4.  For applicants based locally, placement assessments (where applicable) may be undertaken at the school premises. For applicants currently outside the UAE, these assessments (where applicable) can be arranged online under the supervision of a qualified teacher. 

  • a). 3 Recent coloured passport size photographs 

    b). Copy of the birth certificate 

    c). Copy of the vaccination card 

    d). Copy of the student's passport with a valid residence visa for non-UAE citizens 

    e). Copy of the Family Book (for the UAE Citizen) Or copy of mother’s Family Book Log (Emirati Mothers) 

    f). Copy of student’s original Emirates ID 

    g). 1 copy each of both parents’ original Emirates IDs 

    h). Student’s Medical File from the previous school 

    I). The student’s last report card + transfer certificate 

  

Specific requirements relating to school transfers:  

Students transferring from the same emirate: 

Grade 2 to 9 students should submit their transfer certificate attested by the last school attended. 

Grade 10 to 12 students should submit transfer certificate from the last school attended + last two report cards attested by   SPEA  

For students transferring from other Emirates in the UAE: 

Grade 2 to 9 students should submit their transfer certificate attested by the last school attended and the education zone of the emirate. 

Grade 10 to 12 students should submit their attested transfer certificate from the last school attended and the education zone of the emirate +the last two report cards. 

Students transferring from a different curriculum:  

Grade 9 to 12 students should submit the final report card of the last 2 years. 

Grades 10 to 12 students who have not pursued Ministerial and Governmental curricula) are   required to obtain and submit proof of equivalency. 

Students transferring from a school outside the UAE:  

Grade 10 to 12 students are to submit the last two report cards and transfer certificate attested by the Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE consulate where the school was located.  

Grade 10 to 12 students are to obtain and submit proof of equivalency.  

Grade 1 to 8 students who have undertaken the CAT4 test in their previous school should submit the assessment report. 

Assessments will be designed with special processes for students with special needs as identified below:

1. EAL students at all levels

2. Students of Determination

3. The Gifted and Talented

We request parents to provide the school with copies of all medical, psychological, or educational assessments or reports. This will enable us to provide the best services for your child.

We follow the regulatory guidance and procedures for scenarios where, very rarely, it may not be in the best interests of the child to be placed in our school. This information will be shared with the concerned regulator, following expected procedures. 

The application process is completed with the filling of the registration form and making the payment.
