The role of a school is not only to pursue academic excellence but also to motivate and empower our students.
Al Wahda Private School was established in 2004, with a prime aim to raise generations who will preserve Islamic traditions and contribute to the local (Arabic) society with due respect to their principles and standards. Generation after generation, our school has been nurturing the younger generation’s dreams and aspirations. The walls of our school have always echoed, realizing those dreams into reality.
Al Wadha school follows the American curriculum that zealously prepares our students for the SAT & TOEFL examinations, in order to make their way to the universities in the UAE and abroad. The school is conceived as a miniature model of society with school clubs, where students’ talents are unearthed and nurtured with a lot of co-curricular activities. These activities allow our students to discover themselves and develop a niche for their passion and interest. Thus, for the past 15 years, the positive education and culture of the school have meant that the school has achieved well academically.
With this precise mission, the school has always aimed to develop an innovative education system that can cater to the globally competitive world and its challenges. To idealize this, the school has characterized an outstanding teaching learning pedagogy that is underpinned by the science of information technology and positive education. This is achieved through an active school community of togetherness between the parents – teachers – students. Over through the years, our school has cherished this bonding and maintained its history of success.
It has been Al Wahda’s privilege to be educators and Al Wahda has been a school that values that privilege with absolute sincerity. Together, our Al Wadha family has grown to become valuable contributors to society.
An insight from an Alumni member of the school, says it all.
